After the run (1 km, 5 km or 10 km) you come back to the venue. You take your bike and take a tour around the stunning areas of Kristiansand og Lillesand. Watch out, there can be a hill out there but please also take a moment to enjoy the epic view that captures the best of Kristiansand at the bike ride.
After the bike ride, you are back at the venue again. Here people will help you, clap at you and make sure you go on the second running lap (1 km, 5 km or 10 km).
This running course will make sure you see all the animals before the race is over and you cross the finish line. Here you are, after your second run you will be at the finish line at then you will be a true Powerman!
