POWERMAN UK is a duathlon, comprising of a 10km run followed by a 60km bike and ending with another 10km run. A long course option will be available which will consists of a 10km run-120km bike and a 20km run. The events will run alongside each other starting and finishing at the Terrace Playing Fields in Sherborne.

Run at a flat and fast looped course within Sherborne Town with an out and back section to the Terrace Playing Field for tranisiton to the the Bike Section. The Run will be road based with a small off road/path section at the begining and end. Bike course is a challenging 60km loop taking offering an undulating course with some long drags and a few short climbs. The course has some great spectator viewing areas, passing through many small villages along the route.
