The Lake of Scanno is the place to be; on 950mt above sea level, surrounded by two National Parks and famous for its unique mystical atmosphere at the bottom of an historical lovely little mountain village, a very scenic location classified as one of the most beautiful villages of Italy.
Scanno, its mountains and the beautiful lake are ready to welcome the XTERRA tribe's athletes for a new and beautiful competition. 0,75/1,5 km swim in the water of the heart of Abruzzo. 14/30 km ride in the wild mountains of the Abruzzo National Park. 6/10 km run through the alleys of one of the nicest villages in Italy.
