Swim race composed by one loop of 1500m in « The Meuse», suit allowed. From the site « Parc de la Plante » bike race composed by 2 loops of 16,5 km with a total vertical ascent of 1000m. The bike part is composed of forest, gravel road and single track around « The citadelle of Namur». Run 2 loops of 5 km in the heart of the historical site of the «de namur ».
