Challenge Poznań is one of the largest triathlon events in Europe. Poznań, a metropolis with over half a million of inhabitants, being the capital of Greater Poland and the cradle the Polish statehood became a perfect host for the triathlon, recording, already in the first year, more than one thousand athletes. The second edition, hosting more than 2600 people, became the greatest triathlon event in Poland.

A characteristic feature of the event is an quick route. For years, Poznań has been famous for extremely passionate and devoted fans who constantly have all stages of the triathlon almost within their reach.
